You first, then the practice
Before we begin, I want to know your body, your routine, and anything you carry: pain, a condition, a busy mind. The practice is shaped around that.
Yoga, for me, is a way of coming home: to the breath, to the body, and to the quiet place within.
For more than a decade, I have taught yoga, meditation and breathwork to students, working professionals, corporate teams and administrators.
My approach is holistic. Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, Marma therapy and life coaching come together to care for the body, settle the mind and nourish the spirit.
I see every person individually. Your goals, your body, and anything you share about pain or health shape how we practise together.
Before we begin, I want to know your body, your routine, and anything you carry: pain, a condition, a busy mind. The practice is shaped around that.
In every class the breath sets the pace. When the breath is steady, the body opens safely and the mind follows.
Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and Marma come from old traditions. I teach them so they fit into a modern day, at home or at work.
Ten mindful minutes done every day change more than one long session done rarely. I help you build a rhythm you can keep.
